The Schoolhouse sits in a secluded sunny glade on a hill above Monte Rio, a 5-minute walk from the Monte Rio beach. The Schoolhouse is a two bedroom, one bath house with a gourmet kitchen. The Library, which sits just behind the Schoolhouse, is a separate one bedroom, one bath cottage with its own kitchen. The units share three sunny decks and a garden with a bocce ball court. Monte Rio is on Highway 116, between Guerneville and Jenner-by-the-Sea.
